Thanks for choosing Traliant’s online training! We’re excited to partner with your organization and provide you with the highest quality training, and the best user experience. If you’re planning to provide our training to your employees using our Learning Management System, please review the following information and make sure your IT department has added the appropriate domains to your organization’s safelist. This will help ensure our course runs smoothly and does not experience any unexpected glitches caused by your network’s security settings.
We also recommend that you conduct a thorough test of the course before rolling it out broadly to all of your users. We can enroll you and/or a select group of testers first, before we roll out the training to your entire organization. That will ensure we catch and can correct any unexpected glitches or behaviors before the full rollout.

1. Our System uses the following sending domains, which you should add to your email safelist to ensure our automatic instructions emails reach your end users:
- administrator@traincli.com (primary sending domain)

2. Please ensure the following are allowed on your organization’s network:

If your organization is taking advantage of our optional Single Sign-On (SSO) and/or API functionality, you will have your own unique portal. Instead of the traincli.com portal URL, please safelist the domain of your unique portal, which will be confirmed for you by your account manager and will follow the general format of “YOURCOMPANYNAME.learnupon.com”.
