The following Terms & Conditions govern Traliant’s Customer Community Incentive Program (“Program”).
1. Eligibility
To qualify for this Program, participants must be active Traliant customers in good standing and must register for the Traliant Customer Community between December 12 and December 18, 2025 (“Incentive Window”). Only one reward may be earned per customer organization and per individual participant. Customers with fewer than 1,000 employees are eligible to receive a $15 gift card for completing registration by December 18. Customers with more than 1,000 employees are eligible for a $15 gift card for registering by December 18 and may earn a total reward of $30 by also posting a comment on an existing thread or by starting a new discussion within the Community during the Incentive Window. Segmentation is based on customer size to ensure balanced engagement and responsible program spending.
2. Qualifying Actions
All qualifying actions, including registration and Community engagement, must be completed within the Incentive Window. Any registration or Community activity performed before December 12 or after December 18 will not qualify for a reward under this Program.
3. Fulfillment Process
On December 19, 2025, Traliant will pull a list of customers who registered within the Incentive Window and a separate list of eligible customers who registered and also posted a comment or started a thread. Gift card fulfillment will also occur on December 19, 2025 and may be delivered through Traliant’s gifting platform, RevSend, or through an email sent from Pardot with a RevSend-powered fulfillment link. Traliant reserves the right to determine the fulfillment method.
4. Reward Details
Rewards offered through this Program are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be substituted or exchanged. No purchase is required to participate. Traliant is not responsible for lost, damaged, or expired gift cards after distribution.
5. Limitations and Exclusions
This Program is available only to active Traliant customers with a current subscription and an active contract end date that extends beyond the Incentive Window. Traliant reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent, duplicate, or suspicious registrations at its discretion. Traliant employees, contractors, and partners are not eligible to participate. All Community engagement must be genuine and relevant to qualify; any activity considered spam, low-quality, or created solely to obtain a reward may be disqualified. Traliant may modify, pause, or cancel the Program at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
6. Privacy
By participating in the Program, customers acknowledge that Traliant may use their registration information for the purpose of administering the Program in accordance with Traliant’s Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
