Data Encryption & Storage
All customer data is encrypted at rest using either full-disk encryption or within the database using TDE. Backups are stored in our primary US-based data center and replicated to our backup data center through encrypted and secure channels. Our databases are consistently backed up hourly, and our systems nightly to our defined Recovery Point Objective (RPO).
Data Ownership & Access Control
You retain full ownership and control of your data. Traliant processes customer data strictly to provide the intended services and remain in accordance with its customer’s instructions.
Platform Availability & Resilience
Traliant’s infrastructure is built for resilience — with auto-scaling, auto-healing, and continuous uptime monitoring to ensure a reliable experience. We maintain defined RPO and RTO thresholds to minimize disruption.
