Traliant’s Preventing Workplace Harassment training offers a cinematic, TV-style experience that immerses learners in realistic workplace scenarios. Through interactive, decision-based moments, learners explore complex issues like harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and inappropriate conduct—while understanding when to intervene, how to report concerns, and the vital role managers play in preventing misconduct.
Illinois employers can now comply with state and local harassment compliance training requirements including the Illinois Workplace Transparency Act (SB 75) and the City of Chicago’s sexual harassment regulations through just three course versions:
- Advanced (2 hr): For supervisors in the City of Chicago (including supervisors outside of Chicago that supervise employees in Chicago), as well as CA supervisors and all CT employees and supervisors
- Extended (1 hr): For non-supervisory employees in the City of Chicago as well as CA
- Fundamentals (45 min): For supervisors and non-supervisors in all other states
The Advanced and Extended versions are IDFPR approved for licensed professionals in Illinois.
