Traliant’s Microaggressions in the Workplace training is a 15-minute course focused on making employees and managers aware of the negative impact that subtle or unintentional comments or actions towards members of marginalized groups can have on others and the workplace. As part of a comprehensive approach to behavior-based inclusion training, this course explains what microaggressions are and the effect they can have on others, examines why certain remarks are considered microaggressions, and provides guidance for responding to microaggressions in a positive and effective manner.
